I peeked at my trays today….3 days after I planted! Noticed something odd sticking out of the carnation tray….pulled it out and realized it was a sweet pea that had somehow managed to get into the tray.

How do I know this for sure? Because i looked at my sweet peas after I pulled the little bud out and noticed several more popping up over there! Crazy times over here!

I have a confession- there’s no heating mat- there’s no dome-no plastic-just dirt, water, and a seed chilling in the laundry room that is kinda dark…🙂🙃😌

I promise to make it to the hardware store for a mat & lights! Sweet peas are generous-carnations will not be as forgiving!
